SLEEP STUDY (POLYSOMNOGRAPHY): will perform sleep studies to help evaluate patients’ sleep issues.

CPAP THERAPY (RENTAL DEVICE): will provide monthly CPAP therapy using a rental device.

FOLLOW-UP CARE: will provide follow-up care on a per-session basis for patients using its products or services.

HEARING LOSS EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT: will help patients evaluate and manage their hearing loss.

CPAP MACHINES: will provide CPAP machines to patients on a per-device basis.

BI-LEVEL POSITIVE AIRWAY PRESSURE THERAPY: will provide bi-level positive airways pressure therapy devices for patients, as needed.

HEARING AID DEVICE: will provide hearing aid devices for patients, charging per ear.
